8. Service Terms

Design Services

All design work and deliverables created by Astrobot.Design remain the intellectual property of Astrobot.Design until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, full ownership and copyright of the delivered work transfers to the client. Custom design work is non-refundable after the project has begun.

Payment Terms

Payment must be received according to the invoice terms specified in your project agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Project Scope

The scope of work is defined in the project agreement. Changes to the agreed-upon scope may result in additional fees. Communication and feedback are essential to successful project completion.

Revision Policy

The number of revision rounds is specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

9. User Responsibilities

As a user or client of Astrobot.Design, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and access information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Astrobot.Design
• Not engage in unauthorized access or use of our systems
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrobot.Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or services, even if Astrobot.Design has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
